Yes. Members and recruiters can upgrade from their portal at any time. Features unlock immediately after successful payment.
Is TFN Verification included with a higher plan?
No. TFN Verification reflects actual TFN-approved verification status and is separate from plan level. A higher plan does not automatically grant Verified status.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your existing data — including uploaded media, saved roles, and shortlists — is preserved on downgrade. Only new activity is restricted according to your new plan limits.
Do plan tiers affect my AI match score or candidate ranking?
No. AI match scores and candidate rankings are based on professional qualifications, not plan level. Plan tier affects visibility features, media tools, and access — not fabricated professional qualifications.
How does the application process work for members?
TFN membership requires an approved application. After approval, you select your plan and complete onboarding. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your Member Portal.
How do recruiter organization seats work?
Recruiter subscriptions belong to your organization. The Enterprise plan includes team seats. Only authorized billing users can manage the subscription, add seats, or upgrade the plan.
